Packing of Items :
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
Shipping Charges :
Shipping charge depends on the wieight of the package and the distance.
Estimated delivery time
Once we get an order confirmed in shrayathi will process the order and ship the item in next 5days. Orders made using your credit or debit card would be delivered within 5-10 working days. Cash On Delivery orders would be delivered within 5 - 12 working days.
Delivery Methods:
We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and India Post.
Shrayathi will share the tracking details shipment with customer so that customer itself can track the shipment through our courier partner websites.
Octroi for certain locations in India:
Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer . Shrayathi not responsible for any octroi payments.
Refund policy & Refund procedure
We have 7days easy return policy for all the products. 100 percentage money back gaurantee for 7days.
We have a friendly return policy whereby we refund for products which are damaged, broken, have manufacturing defects, wrong size or does not match with photo or description as given on shrayathi.
The customer has to get back to Shrayathi customer care through phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods or goods not meeting description. Customer will have to send an image of product on email in case she is claiming that the product is damaged or not meeting description. The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.
